Register yourself or your horse to participate at Equidays! We are looking for unbroken horses, horses with various issues and rider and ridden horse combinations.

To complete online:

1. Click on the appropriate form below
2. When the form opens, click ‘Yes’ to open with Adobe Reader – you do not have to update your version of Adobe
3. Answer all questions by typing in the space provided
4. Click ‘Submit Form’ – it will send the completed form to Equidays through your inbox
