How to apply

To apply for a site you will need to login (or create an account if you are a new exhibitor) in our Equidays exhibitor portal and download the 2018 prospectus. Your site allocation will take place after you have requested your preferred sites.

The prospectus will provide you with the following information:

  • Event layout maps, including redeveloped areas for 2018
  • Site sizes and prices
  • Exhibiting criteria for specific areas
  • How to apply for a site
  • Fee payment requirements
  • Exhibiting conditions
